DESCRIPTION
Astral Projection Music
Experience a mystical travel.
Astral Projection is the act of separating your astral body from your physical body. Your astral body can travel outside your physical body in an astral plane. It is also referred to as Out of Body Experience (OBE).
People who experience this phenomenon report floating, flying, travelling into the past and future, passing through solid objects, visiting other planets and communicating with the dead.
Experiencing astral projection requires a specific mindset and belief. You must be aware that you are more than a physical body. Mastering this technique requires time and regular practice. However, the binaural beats embedded in this audio will take you easily into the Theta brain state, induce NREM sleep (Non Rapid Eye Movement sleep) and facilitate astral travel meditation.

Il y a deux ans, j'ai fait un voyage astral " spontanée" après une méditation. Je cherche à renouveler l'expérience et à revoir celui que j'ai vu.

J’ai eu du mal à me laisse allé au début, les paupières qui vibraient beaucoup puis au fur et à mesure j’ai réussi à m’apaiser, puis j’ai ressenti comme une sorte de vibration dans les bras, comme si je ressentais qu’il y avait une sorte de champ de force autours de mes bras et ceci tout au long du son, par la suite quelques piques par si par la et enfin à deux reprise une grosse vague « d’énergie » qui mon choqué a tel point que mon cœur c’est mi à battre la chamade ^^ a se moment là, la notion du temps avais disparue et paf plus de son …. Très impressionnant pour une première fois, je vais continuer à écouter, qui sait peut être qu’avec de l’entraînement il se passeras quelque chose de magique… un grand merci 🙏❤️

J'ai fait ma première sortie hors du corps il y a une semaine. Ça n'a duré qu'une dizaine de secondes environ avant que je sois réintégrée dans mon corps physique mais waou ! J'attends impatiemment la prochaine que je gérerai différemment pour qu'elle dure plus longtemps.

Première écoute , je me suis endormi et ensuite pendant mon sommeil ça a fonctionné, malheureusement je pense que j’ai peur et au moment de rentre dans ce canal blanc je me réveille .. la prochaine fois j’essayerais de gérer mon esprit de façon plus sereine 🙏🏼

Apres ma sortie du corps etant chez moi sans ma volonte je me suis rendu sur un lieu qui comportait seulement d'animaux des chats , des chiens et des boeufs mais quand j'ai demander pour mon guide les chiens de differentes races ont commencer a m'aboyer er soudainement un boeuf est venir vers moi tout d'un coup j'etais dans l'espace

My body kept twitching am I doing something wrong and every time kept trying to relax I kept getting shocked ?

Just lay there. Focus on either the music or your breathing. Breath in... breath out... just listen to your surroundings. Do not look. Just... listen. You don’t have to get it the first time. Just imagine.. all of your problems and troubles are leaving your body as you breath out. Once all of your troubles have left your body then imagine your soul is leaving your body. Your traveling.. to a happy place. It could be a empty beach, a forest, mountains, garden, anywhere with no people that makes you happy. There’s no loud noises, no cars, no talking, no fighting, no drama, no anything. But nature. You could be in space, beach, forest, mountains, etc. after doing all of this you should be lucid dreaming/in astral projection. It’s extremely calming. When I first tried this I kept twitching and stuff like that too. Just focus on the music or your breathing and etc. Hope this comment was helpful!

Par contre c'est plus proche du RE que du LA. Exemple LA 440 Hz, on devrait entendre une base de "LA" un peu plus bas, mais pas un RE. Or j'entends un RE. ( avec bien sûr aussi des LA dans les harmonies. J'ai pas encore vérifié mais il me semble par contre entendre AUSSI quelques "La" un peu bas, qui correspondraient à peu près à 432 Hz )

Cela demande beaucoup de persévérance et de patience. C'est très dur d'y arriver, même d'un Petit peu. Ne perds pas espoir, si tu t'entraînes tous les jours, ça finira par fonctionner

Personally, I'm able to differentiate between true and false frequencies on this platform. I'm able to subconsciously feel a more emotional side that I normally have kept away. Not from not wanting to embrace it, but not having that connection. C est normal d avoir peur. Moi j avais demandé de l aide la haut pour faire un voyage astral sans passer par les vibrations intenses et impressionnantes. Ça a marché. Je suis passée du rêve et me suis réveillée sans corps, juste conscience, dans le cosmos. Une conscience sans ego. Donc la peur ne peut exister. Par contre il y a une certaine frustration a ne pas bénéficier a ce moment là de son identité et de ses propres émotions. Mais c est tellement mieux que rien
