hey so I listened overnight last night and I got some results. * remind me to update please * day 1 : so today some boys were talking ab some other boy and then one of them said "oh no * my name * is way prettier than him". I was also feeling more confident while keeping eye contact with ppl, and when we were like a big group of ppl sometimes I would feel left out for like 2 sec and then someone would come and start a conv. and like I also felt like today I had more conversations with ppl especially the boy next to me.
