I’m not the creator, but I think I can answer you questions. I would say listen as much as you’d like. I’ve never downloaded subliminales before, but I do know Musi is an app people have recommended to listen to subliminals with your screen off, but if you have KZfaq Premium, then yes, you can download it to listen offline. Lastly, this is definitely unisex. I believe they put that in the description. I hope this helps!

hii, i can help! so for your first question it depends you, for example i love to listen to this when i'm sleeping or when i do my chores, you can listen to this anywhere anytime you want but make sure volume is a little bit up (i do %30 when i'm on my computer) for second one you can't download it because in the caption of video it says '432Hz' and 432Hz equals a frequence, if you download it frequence can mess up and it can cause bad results.. but you can download some type of subliminal videos, don't forget to look at their description! and for third all of iwiigi's subliminals are unisex unless iwiigi says otherwise
