Sivaji hasn’t aged all that well - the action and dialogues are a little cheesy. There are much better films in Rajini’s career like Thalapathi, Mullum Malarum, Annamalai, mood ru mugam, Baasha that have all aged really well even to this day

Rajnikanth and Mammootty gave their best performance. Santhosh Shivan showed his masterclass frames.. It is a test book for upcoming film makers and actors.

Nicely edited video. Also, Jaby, you should watch Rajni's 'Muthu'. It's a slightly older film, but I think it covers all the bases as regards what you would expect from a movie. It was also, I think, the movie that made Rajni internationally famous. I remember reading and hearing a lot about the popularity of this film in Japan too.
