There are bottles of hand sanitizer at dollar tree that have caribiners attached. After the sanitizer is used up, you have a spare caribiner.

I love this video! Watched some other videos so knew about some of the items on your list. What's so funny is that I had a friend going on a cruise with her family (her 1st day is today) and I couldn't remember where I had seen the suggested magnetic hooks. Tho't maybe $Tree. Couldn't find them but saw the 4pk of the clips w/strong magnets, which I think is more versatile since you can clip or hang something on it! Snagged the outlet expander. Forgot about the corkscrew. Taget had a travel wash pack for the sink with a flat rubber sink stopper. Having extras at home, I gave her a highlighter, 2 sticky note pads, various size zip lock bags & my rain poncho. At the last 2nd I advised her to grab Thank You notes but don't know if she got them. Can hardly wait for my 1st cruise that she and I are going on with some of our friends in Feb 2023.....with all my $Tree items! Thanks so very much for this easy (& FREE) printable list. Great video, some known stuff mixed with some new ideas. Very thorough. I am visual too, I printed off our car rentals and could see which one will work and what I had duplicates of etc. Love my laptop and internet. But there is something about paper copy that just brings it together. Gravol or drimane for sea sickness. I have usually only had to take one. But good to have. And polysporin and hydrocortisone and allergy tablets at dollar tree.

Hi from Canada! When we travel/leave the country, we must keep prescriptions in the original packaging with the Rx sticker on it; not allowed to decant to pill boxes. Not 100% sure about vitamins... the government site was contradictory, but better safe than sorry, right? :) Thanks for the video!

Great informational video. I've never been to a dollar store, but will definitely visit to stock up for our upcoming. I'm just dreading that our luggage will be massive...since it's an Alaskan cruise, and the clothing needed is pretty much winter. We usually do warm weather cruises in the Caribbean, Mexico or Mediterranean....and for a family of 5, we pack 2 large suitcases and 2 medium. For Alaska I'm estimating 5 large suitcases......maybe 6.

On every cruise, I crave salty snacks like chips but there seems no “free” food that are like potato chips. Bring those short cans of Pringles so they dont get crushed in transit.

now in 2022, that list is around 60 bucks! since they increased to 1.25. I brought a battery operated clock set to boat time. plastic bags for trash, the cans were small. bring a bag to carry to pool, beaches etc

5 and below stores are good also

I do most of that every time i go on holiday, Don't forget diarrhoea tablets and dehydration powders. I always take too many plasters with me lol

The dollar tree tea lights are toooo dim! They produce next to no light. A puck light is a better option.

I buy the dollar tree earphones for my phone. If your smart phone has a hole to plug them in. I like to listen to videos I have on download, to lull myself to sleep, plus, it drowns out snoring, if you have cabin mates!

I went to 3 Dollar tree and didnt find a single one.

Lots of good things for travel at the dollar store. However I wouldn’t buy electronics there. From my experience they often break super fast or the sound quality is horrible. I have even had extension cords from the dollar tree stop working within a couple days of use. Cvs has better affordable electronics or even Walmart, target or amazon
