Most of these optimization videos are just copies of one on top of the other, without even knowing what is going on, and most of the time it really doesn't make any difference to your fps, and often makes it worse. You lose several interesting functions of your Windows so as not to change anything. Understand, your computer knows how to work, just let it do its job. The only tweak I recommend is the one from Nvidia by Felipe Tweak on KZfaq. At least benchmark before and after optimizations

I get what your trying to say, but using NVIDIA tweaks can help with fps but, for those who want more fps with more tweaks they could do these tweaks if they want.
