This was a great leg & hips workout. I'd love to see your full body workout (so many focus on core, which is great, but love getting in focus on legs, arms, and back too). Thank you for sharing. I'm a shaking, sweaty mess!

Yes! It can be hard to tell when our feet get weak, as we have them in our shoes most of the time. Taking off our shoes lets us build strength, flexibility and balance back into our feet.
