Sir slope is equal to dY/DX and in demand function b is MPC

Yes I agree..in demand function b is MPC.. and slope is not just dy/DX it is change in dependent variable/ change in independent variable.. when y is independent variable it will be dy/dX and in case of y as independent variable it will be otherwise🙏

Slope = change in p / change in quantity not dq/dp

Yes, but it depends.. which one is dependent variable and which is independent variable... When equ is Q = a + bp thn slope = change in q/ change in p.... As q is dependent variable
