Kayle needs to be manaless and just become a ranged champ instead of the stupid until lvl 6 nonsense. And give her back true damage at 16. Smolder gets aoe max hp % true damage anyways. Lower base ult cooldown, and actual magic resistance.

I feel you, but I think that all together would be a little overpowered. I think Kayle is one of the hardest champs to balance. What causes her to be in awkward spots sometimes. She is THE hypercarry that does it all. So many items can be build on her. She can protect herself or teammates. She can itemize her damage as needed. If know how to play it out her scaling is the best. There are so many factors to consider by nerfing/buffing her. If they give her an stronger early game she is able to snowball more, thus her scaling has to be nerfed or it would be completely unbalanced. The one thing that feels unfair is that there are so many champs (looking espiacilly intense at you yone) that have an easier early game and scale insanely good, too.

I love that kayle has mana, as a kayle player. It means im limited by how many abilities i use in lane and i dont have perma sustain like i would on garen

No kayle is fine as is. Manaless means she is an op early poke champ which is very unfair because then later on she becomes extremely strong too And also just being ranged early feeds into the point above. She has to be weak and vulnerable early. Kayle has more 1v9 and utility than smolder for these current tradeoffs.

Because you are not playing on-hit and usually this build allow kayle to one shot people so you don’t need atk speed
