4th gen Firebird arguably the most beautiful looking stock body design to ever roll off an assembly line. the whole thing is a body kit. it's all fender flares and scoops. it requires no exterior/visual modification.

It's not a big block. It's a GM warhawk block stretched to the max for gen 3 engines. Basically, it's the same as a 5.3 or 6.0, but with a lot more displacement

If its actually the lsx 454 its a double cast small block. Cast iron block with aluminum cylinders.

Now that was some Power to the rear wheels. Didn't even have to rev up the engine to get the tires smoking / spinning. Nice as hell. Who ever gave this a dumbs down must be a Ford person. ( 2017 & 14 thumbs down VS 701 thumbs up )

@techzilluh ive been looking for the right sounding exhaust for a while and plan is to throw a 454 in my car as well. Could you give a quick breakdown on whats in that car as far as exhaust setup ie headers, catback, muffler, etc

That's an LSX 454, a whole different story than the old big block 454's. Not only better performance, but the firing order is different in the LS engines which give it that distinct exaust note. 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3 instead of the traditional 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. You can also fit this 454 where a 346 CI LS1 would fit.

Hey I have a 94 v6 firebird and a 6.6l out of a 79 firebird. My neighbor is going to install it for baiscally nothing but were debating if its gonna fit. Figured you fit a 454 you'd know what I'm gonna run into. Is there any issue or will it fit?

I got a 93 Z28 it's been all done over 355 now with Vortech Supercharger, art Carr transmission 373 gears exedra. I ran 9. 80 in it. Been thinking about putting a 427 in it either a big supercharger or a couple turbos on it. Wanting that 1200 h.p. ....anyways How hard was it to fit that big block down into there? Not much room with the stock engine let alone a big block. What all did you need to do to fit the motor in it? If I don't end up just giving it to my son, and buying one of the new Copo Camaros. I'll just make my 93 ungodly fast.
