i know nothing about resin, but the colours caught my eye. i couldnt see how you could get the colours to mingle but that probably the joy of resin work, because the end item before you shaped it, was beautiful, the colours, and adding the shape was simply stunning. what a lucky friend you have. Thank you so much. The colour shading in the center is due to chameleon pigments which give you different shades of colors depending on the light. ❤️

Using a blow dryer on low heat will help to dry to the bubble water more thoroughly. Beautiful work darling 🫶🏻🇨🇦

That is gorgeous Petra! I love this technique. I know the lady that made this style originally (Sorry, I can’t remember her channel name) she had some tape residue issues. How does the Duct tape work? Any residue left on the resin? My hubby and I just used Duct tape today.😊 We watched our Grandsons ‘6 and 9.’ We had some ‘engineering challenges’ with the Hot Wheels Track.😅 The track started on the second floor and went all the way down the stairs. But, the track connectors couldn’t withstand the drop in elevation.. duct tape to the rescue!😂 We all had a job.. our 6yr. old grandson was the Boss (of course). His older cousin was the Engineer and he also bestowed upon us our Job Title’s.😆 Papa was the Designer and I was the Chief Chef and Snack Maker.😂 The bubble effect is a beautiful contrast to the outer edge. The entire piece is amazing!❤

OH!!! *EXQUISITE,* Petra!! 😍💕😘 I love how the white looks like dandelion whisps, and those colors blended so beautifully! That center piece is so awesome - it looks like a gorgeous moonscape. 😊💕 How did you get that center piece to bend after it was cured? Did you heat it up a bit?

Actually I referred to another video of a smaller KZfaqr who has used hot water and showed it in detail. So, I after the whole piece cured, I put it into hot water and it bent again, so I was able to shape my bowl ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I made another one but only with black and gold and not with the Bubble technique. It is difficult to avoid bubbles that way though (well for me it was). But on the other hand the bubbles looked like they needed to be there. I think it was my video 476 ❤️
