Yeah we had the pod riding our wake for a while and then could see them on the sounder heading down to bottom to feed.

Glad you’re back at it, still the best fishing content on the Tube. Always enjoy the jigging content and learning about sounder use, drifting and spot selection. Spearing is a nice change up as well. Terrific video qualities as usual if not improved. Well done 👍

Hey mate I love your videos I've learnt a lot from you but can I ask how you limit the background noise like wind and water slapping the boat to get such clear voice audio?

The Lexa 300 TW is a great reel, I'm sure he still has them, but it's hard to pick it up when you have the Saltiga 15. I have both setups, and the Saltiga is just heaps more powerful and smooth.
@PelagicPursuit897 күн бұрын
I still love my Lexa. but I use It for all inshore species as its a slightly lighter setup

theyll be around the same areas as nannies. sometimes you have to do long drifts with big baits to find them and then understand where they want to hang

I live in FNQ, I've never understood why you boys chase GT'S . To most of us they are a pest fish. Once you have caught a 20kg GT who would want to ever do that again on purpose? I know its pretty much only the guides that chase them, locals mostly avoid them.
