I agree. This belongs to a friend of mine and will soon be listed on Bring a Trailer. He has resurrected it doing mechanical work and making it very drivable as is. When the listing goes live, the seller will tell everyone all about the old girl.

My old buddy said when his 216 Stove bolt main bearing started making noise like that, he would drop the oil pan and retorque them. Then, they would be good for a while.

It no longer has a 216 , it now has a rebuilt 235 with oil pump
