I have been having terrible anxiety and depressive episodes the past few weeks and not even watching tv shows/movies is able to distract me. but watching your videos makes me feel so peaceful and better even if it's for a short while. thanks leah❤

I unfortunately broke one of my in-ears and so have been using the headset a lot more frequently, and it's making me question why I wasn't using it that often already!!! way more comfortable, better sound, and better battery !

Also feel free to not answer this question if it’s too personal- but I was just wondering if you reached out for help with your anxiety from your university? I’m really struggling too but not sure what to say to them to take that first step in getting help?

Hello, yes I did! ☘️ We had a student services building and so I booked an appointment there. That was in my second year of uni, I started struggling a lot with going to any lectures because of the crowds etc. I didn’t have to deal with that in first year because everything was online (Covid) and then basically it hit me like a truck in second year 🥹 I basically sat down with a woman and she asked what was wrong and I just lost it and cried for like 20 minutes and told her everything that was wrong, she seemed quite shocked and then like a week later I had my first appointment with a counsellor ! I would look for something similar or email any support staff at ur uni to ask, they just want to help you & it’s a lot more common than you think (so there’s no need to be embarrassed) ❤️

I was thinking of sending an email but honestly it’s hard to put your feelings into words. It’s hard when you have anxiety over getting help too- the fear of being judged, not believed, misunderstood etc.

You have to let that anxiety go otherwise things will never change 🫶🏻 that is a hard truth you must hear. & I think writing an email would be easier than in person, because you have the time to make sure you talk about everything you need. It doesn’t have to be in any extreme detail, just say you are struggling and need help 💓 I hope it goes well
