@@dramirkaram Dr Karam, the truth is no one wants to look like a tight faced 40 year old. I appreciate your work and understand the limitations however, since everyone is looking to prolong their prime year which anywhere from 20-28, can you show an example of a younger patient like 30-35 and see if you can restore them back to what they looked like in their early 20s. The reason for this is if someone gets the vertical lift earlier maybe they are able to prolong looking like they are in their prime for another 10 years! The attention we get in our 20s is far more than in our 30s, instead of doing a surgery at 40 just to eliminate 10 years and still get far less attention maybe doing the lift in the 30s will bring us more joy long term.

@@alito238 There is a lot of things/procedures you can do to stay young before 40 years old. I mean it should not be hard to look 25 years old before you reach your 40s....you don't even need a facelift to do that...

Out of all the vidoes I have seen of his work, this is actually my least favorite. I think she is the first one that looks to me overdone and unnatural. The skin looks puffy and way too tight and swollen. Not sure how much of it is due to remaining botox maybe cause already before I think she really did more harm than good with botox. I mean I'm glad she is happy as she has to live with it and feel good but to me this would be the kind of result I would be scared of. It's the kinda face that ine sees in celebrities that usually went under the knofe too many times to realize when they crossed the line. Just my opinion 😅 Maybe I just also have really high expectations of the natural looks he usually achieves with other patients

I only got to talk with the assistant, she told me before I could even have a consultation I would need to give a NONrefundalbale deposit? Hmmmmmm Seems like way to much....keep looking if you cant find a way to get to see him in person and make sure you ask a lot of questions....they also said he was out 2years....yep... 2 years wait list ...DANG!!

im guessing 20,000, i know that out of the 56,000 facelifts done last year, the average price was about $9,000, that means half the lifts were under 9,000, i also saw from the statistics sheet that the average price of a minlift , which usually deals with the cheeks and jowls and not the neck, was $5,000, i wouild go with the minilift, it still tightens the musculature , pulling up the smas layer,

To get everything this lovely patient got plus a Facial Rejuvenation procedure was $142,000 when I totalled it all from their pricing page. I tried to find the page again but couldn't this time. You can call their office as I did and ask. They won't give you pricing over the phone but will direct you to the page on their website. A consultation was quoted to me as being $1000 if I recall correctly which would be applied to the surgery should you get it.

@@bellabong8862 actually i saw a site where his patient discussed her result and she said the face lift , the lip lift and fat grafts totaled $48,000 which is stll astronomical for a facelift, as i said , the average facelift in the usa is $9,000 and cheek jowl lift, or minilift involving lifting the smas layer is $5,000, ive seen some good results on the internet with a dr in the midwest that charges 4500 for a great midfacelift, i think the area of the country also affects the price.

@Wise4Sure I don't think so. By 50, 50% of people are 50% grey (the 50-50-50 stat). Like your sister, my mother didn't have a single grey at 52, but that is not the norm. My father was totally grey by 45, and my daughter is picking out her greys at 35. I have to admit I don't have many (my mother's genes at play), but I still have some. I doubt a 50-year old would purposely dye her entire head grey. It's a young people's trend. At 50, we either cover it or embrace it, not go for a fake kind. If it looks dyed, it could be that she is using a toner to enhance it.

@Wise4Sure Yeah to me it looks like she could be grey but she also lightened more of it. Rare to see that much gray before mid 60s. My mother like yours 58, maybe like 4-5 gray hairs. My MOL is 63 and hasn't even reached 50% gray and my Step Mother whos also 61 maybe 10-15% gray
