अगर पति या पत्नी एक साथ नही रहना चाहते तो तलाक तुरंत हो जाना चाहिए , क्योंकि जब नही पट रहा है तो एक साथ रहने का क्या मतलब। तलाक को आसान बनाना चाहिए। तलाक चाहे पति लेना चाहता हो या पत्नी दोनो केस मे ससम्मान तलाक हो जाना चाहिए।

Case करने से पहले नारको टेस्ट जैसा प्रावधान होना चाहिए.... तब ही केस दर्ज हो... और वाक्य में अपराध हुआ हो तो उसे जल्दी से जल्दी कडी सजा मिलनी चाहिए.... और गलत केस जो करे उसे भी कडी सजा हो

SC gave good judgement and ruling. But what about arresting of girls and punishing them for wasting the precious time of police, court, husband & his family, plus mental torture to husband and his family. SC must give guideline in this matter that if case is false than girls have to pay for husband for mental harassment, etc. When such ruling comes, than automatically all such false case will get stopped.

There must be men organization or NGO to stand for all men suffering from such type of issues. Till date most of the judgements are in the favour of women. There is no strict law to protect the rights of men and his parents. The girls are misguided by their parents especially her mother.Her mother wants to run her daughter's inlaws house according to her own wish. Certain strict laws are needed in favour of men. Moreover the children irrespective of their age must be retained by father or inlaws. No maintenance, no custody to mother.And it is only if they deny to keep them , their custody should be given to mother. If such a law is passed, no women will leave the house of her husband or inlaws.

Thanku sir for your the best information. Qk 64000 se bhi zyada pati ne atmhatya kar lee hai yehi jhoote 498 a k case k tahat. Ladkiyan apne bachche ko sath me lekar chali jati hai apne myke. Aur kehti hai k 7 saal bachcha mere pas rahega. Aur pati jab bachche ko milne uske sasural jata hai milne bhi nahi dete aur ulta pati par case kar dete hai aur ladki jhoota ilzam laga deti hai k mai apne sasural thi tab bhi muje bahut marte the aur yahan aai tou muje marne k liye chappu uthaya aur apne hi hath se nas katkar police thane khadi ho jati hai aur police pati ko arrest kar leti hai. Chargesheet tayyar karake court me case chalta hai. Is darmiyan pati compro ki baat karta hai tou usse badi aur bharkam amount 15 lacs mangti hai ab garib kahan se laega. Akhir woh jail ki salakho me chala jata hai. Sir aajkal ye binsanskari ladkiyon ne aur uske maa baap 498 ka case karke dhanda sharu kar diya hai. Honable supreme court k aur kadak qanun banana chahiye. Jhooti complaint par ladki aur uske maa baap par 25lacs ka jurmana aur 3 saal ki qaid ka hukam karna chahiye. Ye badtamiz ladkiyon ko jab apni ungli kategi tab dard mehsus hoga k dard kya hota. Albatta aajkal sabhi ladkiyan ye keh rahi hai k hum kuchh bhi kare court hamari hi sunti hai. Kuware ladke ye sab sunkar shadi karne se inkar kar rahe hai.

Some people treat her like free servant. She should be paid for household work which inlaws get done for free. New law is needed. And Who will pay for her litigation and divorce?
