Wonderful channel and detailed videos... But Mola E3 is out of stock again. Also, a small suggestion - at the driver side fuse box or places where you are unable to show in video, take a photo and just circle the fuses / stuffs of importance like where you hardwired it.

great review, but was disappointed the videos (samples) didn't have any footage of how the rear camera could be in dark (only tail lights) and rear parking too.

I agree! I should have included those footage. Anyways, this dashcam is discontinued recently, I will cover these points in my next review in case DDPAI launch an upgrade for mola E3. Thanks for your comment!

Thanks a lot! The hardwiring is recommended to enable all parking surveillance and battery protection related features. Also, it makes your day to day dashcam operation smooth and safe as compare to the traditional USB set up. Regarding the rear camera setup inside the car cabin, No, the camera unit is designed to suite rear bumper or license plate placement and cannot be installation on the rear glass easily.

Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. E3 is no longer available but still let me answer your queries: 1) Does rear view camera have night vision ? Ans - No, but the overall low light performance is good. 2) Is it dust proof? Ans - Yes 3) Is it IP certified for waterproof just like 70 mai rear view camera ? Ans - Yes it is (IP67) 4) Between 70mai vs ddpai mola e3 rear view, which has better night vision ? Ans - 70mai mirror with Midrive RC05 rear camera is recommended for better low light performance - amzn.to/3n16FZH 5) Between 70mai vs ddpai mola e3, rear view, which has better wide angle ? Ans - 70mai 6) If we apply reverse gear, will the rear view camera of ddpai mola e3, automatically turn its angle down as we see in 70mai rear view camera ? Thanks Arun, Glad you think so! Sure. the comparison video is almost ready, i will upload it on Monday or Tuesday. Regarding the parking features, power bank will not support parking modes on any of the dashcams, you will have o hardwire it. You can normally operate the camera using a power bank to secure your parking activity.

@@aayushtekriwal9494 The rear camera in i20 is no doubt excellent but does not support recording while driving. GPS & the rear camera are equally important, both have their own benefits. With the GPS module, you can keep a track on your driving pattern, end to end route your vehicle travelled with detailed trip information like Average & Max speed, total trip duration & time. And the rear camera continuously records while you drive and provides full coverage in case of an unfortunate incident. Go for 70mai's A800 4K dashcam - amzn.to/2SVFu5r. The video output is amazing on A800, the rear camera is optional and will be launched in India by October end. Hope this helps.

Dashcam comes with the standard USB cable which turn on the camera only when the car ignition or engine is running. The hardwire kit is advance, smart and offers three layer battery over-discharge and serge protection, you can activate the continues parking monitoring modes as well. hope this helps.

There are 2 varieties of DDPAI cables available on Amazon- one with 2 cables and other with 3 cables. Which is recommended?

The one with 2 cable is the general hardwire kit & with three is an Advanced one, advanced is recommended. You get separate ACC, VCC & Ground connectors.

Thank you Aditya. The rear camera records continuously and when you engage the reverse gear it activates the parking guidelines and close view, you will need to connect the red cable to reverse light or fuse box. feel free to ask if you need any help.

Hi Prashant, yes we can install the rear camera from inside. However, the video output and the parking guidelines will be compromised a bit. The recommended installation area is near the car license plate.

Thank you so much for your feedback! :) Yes we can, press the main power button once to turn ON or Off the display. And, when you hold the power button for 3-4 seconds it turns off/ON the the camera unit.

Bhai I need to speak to you. There is a flaw. When you turn off the screen in night and use it as ovrm, one light creates 3 reflections on the mirror which give very bad headache and makes us disoriented. Rest everything is awesome. Night time use if a big trouble. I dont know how to take care of that.

Hi Tarun, i would not recommend to use this camera as a IRVM during the night, you can reduce the brightness instead for better comfort. However, if you still wish to turn off the screen then use it with diming button placed on your IRVM (Not applicable for auto diming IRVMs) the diming option will divert the direct reflection for better visibility. Please try and do let me know how it works.

This is good just as a dvr, i am disappointed by the ivrm functiom and multiple reflection during dark hours. Totally defeats the purpose. I feel like should have gone for normal dvr and not ivrm based. :( . People who travel ar night will understand. Days time and video quality etc all are good but light reflection is terrible and gives headache. The seller assured before buying that it works perfect as ivrm.

Hui Basant, Both are excellent in terms of overall performance. However, DDPAI E3 offers you some additional benefits like 1600P QHD Resolution at front & 1080P FHD at rear where 70mai offers only 1080P at both cameras. Parking monitoring is excellent in DDPAI E3 when you hardwire and also it offers full touch display, these options are not available in 70mai. I would recommend DDPAI E3 anytime.

Hi Kishore, N3 and E3 both are dashcams but overall functionality and features are different. E3 is permanently discontinued but company might relaunch an upgrade for E3 in future. You can go for mola N3 with GPS module, it's a feature-packed and value for money product. Brother i have a doubt in the hardwiring connection of 3 wires in mola E3. Kindly clarify me. There is vcc which is yellow wire for constant power directly from battery, ACC is red which we get power only when key is On and black is ground. Now my question is if I don't want the constant power from the battery to avoid car battery drain but i need only power to turn my dashcam only when car is On so in this case can i connect only the Red wire and Black wire alone leave the yellow wire not connected. Will this work as I don't want parking mode and just need dashcam to operate only when car is running and i can also save my car battery from draining out as yellow not connected to withdraw power directly from car battery. Kindly clarify this doubt.

Hardwiring is smartly designed to protect your car battery. You can set up over discharged protection mode as well, there are three levels "High-Mid & Low" we would recommend Mid so that your car battery wont get over discharged while using the parking mode. At Mid level the camera will auto shut down when it detects the low voltage (12V).
