Mine is actually backwards. We have the same hair texture but my hair is loose in the front and easier to glide through and kinky in the back.😫 its a never ending struggle! Sometimes I have breakdowns about my hair!

My hair is just like yours. I have looser texture in the back too. I’ve also noticed that my tighter texture is my sides and front.

I enjoyed watching this just because your hair is so much like mine. I've got loose curls in the back 1/3 of my hair that get tighter going forward and my back hair is nearly thrice as long as the front. I love my textures but when the shrinkage hits my front hair, the rebellion is real 😁. It's hilarious... sometimes 😑.

You can achieve the same look perhaps even more better and defined if you do a twist out without heat I have the same texture and I use the shea moisture curl enhancer and milk then twist in small sections

Yes I've done defined twist outs on my hair before. This video was a wash day routine video and not a twist out tutorial, unfortunately. I just happened to do the twists to go to sleep.

Jesus Christ that is a long routine! My routine is just usually when I’m in the shower and I put conditioner in my hair and let my hair unravel itself and rinse it out and that’s usually it for me unless it looks frizzy then I use a leave-in or a cream. Man the patience you have cause I would have just put my hair in a bun and called it a day.

No I don’t blow dry it every time. And every two weeks if it’s not in a protective style.

Thank God I found you,my hair is just like yours the back is loose and soft the middle is diff.the sides diff and the front is diff too. Its so difficult to find a regimen that works, whatever I do favours one texture and cheats the other textures.

I take even section strands and twist them to the end without separating them. I also twirl the hair while twisting

Jasmine McManus yes girl I get single strand knots.. it's a constant struggle, but I try to keep my ends moisturized, and also minimize twirling the ends of my hair when I'm bored.
