You missed the fact that with the real Ice Emperor his scepter is frozen to his hand while the Ice Emperor in Honesty doesn't have it frozen to their hand further proving that it isn't the real one.

Jay was dishonest about the cookie problem with kai at the beginning, but when they fought together against the ice guards, jay was honest and I just like how he learnt his lesson of honesty
