168 Mall in Divisoria, Tondo, Manila is one of the country's (if not the most) popular bargain/wholesale shopping center. Here, it's bargain all you want, you can have huge discounts if you are great with bargaining.
In this video, let's have a mid-year update of the mall, some of them moved some stayed in their stalls, though honestly, I am still confused and sometimes lost here.
