[4K] BTS Jimin's $7 million apartment just before demolition: Banpo Jugong Complex1 in Seoul Korea

Along with Hong Kong and Singapore, Seoul is the most expensive city in the world for apartments. Among them, Banpo, which is full of large-scale apartments such as Acro River Park and Raemian First, is a representative high-priced apartment village in Seoul.
The apartment complex in Banpo Jugong 1, which has perfect conditions such as transportation, school district, environment, and size, is completing the relocation of residents for reconstruction. It is a complex that will become the most expensive apartment complex in Seoul under the name of The H Class in a few years.
BTS Jimin also looked into the future and bought a unit of this apartment.

Thank you for the video. It's such an interesting new information. I thought the rent is provided by the developer but it's not. Maybe because they will got a new house later but 3-5 years is not a short time. Rent expense must be a lot.

This was an investment property in which he too said after remodeling it will be a luxury area to live. It will be great to see the updates. Isnt jimin living near the other members until the remodel is done? The common factor saying seoul.is becoming too expensive to live. I am sure the outside towns could benefit the income coming to their towns. Some celebrities brought up this point too and have bought or looking outside of seoul. I hope the businesses start to bloom again in the area because this too will help economy and maybe the governments will think.of a revitalization plan to help them get started again. 🤔

Jimin and RM each bought apartments in the current most expensive and secure complex, Nine One Hannam. They closed on them last spring. Each spent about $6,000,000. G Dragon also has an apartment there.

The eviction and demolition were already over! 🙂 But due to conflicting opinions among the landlords, construction hasn’t even started!😅 Currently, it’s an empty field!😆

이아파트 넓어서 살기 좋았는데 옛날주공은 실평수가 큰편. 아쉽네 주차하기도 편하고 나무도 많아서 여름엔 매미가 매일 노래를 하던데 비오면 신기하게 매미가 안울더라고

Build more than the number of existing households and sell them to cover construction costs. Sometimes they even give money back to the original owners!😉
