Yah I noticed this in the first seconds. It's a species of wood from the propane family of hydrocarbur, and the sound you ear realy look like an overwelm gaze regulator too. No crikets here

I have epilepsy and also have sleep issues. I became very sick from a virus and have been off all seizure meds during this illness. This has helped to calm my head, allow for what is starting to feel like rest, and had brought serenity to me during this time. After I am well, I will still use this just because it has proven to be such a sanctuary for me. I am deeply grateful to God for nature, and to you for putting together this session. Thank you.

I had beyond terrible anxiety when I was younger, more specifically death anxiety which would multiply tenfold at night when I was in bed thinking, I would often cry myself to sleep. Thank God I don't struggle with it anymore and hope you get over whichever anxiety you are troubled with.

An immediate favorite! :) The ocean sound is soft, lush, light, distant & not overwhelming. Crickets sound nearer & fire sounds close by but not like constant loud popping in my face. As if I'm snugged away in a cozy niche in cave or overhang 50 yards from the sea. I can hear the "distance" in these sounds. Totally perfect! This has lowered my heart rate & breathing quickly... am getting very sleepy... happy.

This reminds me of a peaceful campsite we experienced at a park in Putin Bay on Lake Erie. We could hear the shore below as were on a flat spot near a cliff beside the great lake. We immensely enjoyed this spot amidst a few trees. The topography gently sloped down to the cliff. Snakes were thriving in the crevices of the cliff so we had to reckon with the disconcerting idea that one could get in the tent if we forgot to zip it. But they hide if they detect people. In the middle of the week we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! This is an absolutely beautiful relaxing video!! 💙💤🥱

When I was a kid, we'd go camping at Sebago Lake in Maine. We stopped when I was a teenager. My sister and I have taken up the tradition again and go with her daughter. This year I was unable to go thanks to job issues. So this is a nice reminder of what it's like.
