it looks like, but it's not like you'd say they are in Europe, there are different construction techniques and historic buildings

Look that Africa is as developed as Europe and North America, obviously not all states, many African states are far ahead, you must not be surprised, unfortunately the western media and films and also the fact that immigrants arrive with boats makes you think that all of africa is poor and underdeveloped
