Hey Debs, me and Rach are just settling down to watch this. What a lovely place. That old street through the walls looks beautiful and it looks so quit there. We’re the same, we always look at the tops of buildings too. That sweet shop is making our teeth itch 😂. Now we’re talking, that ice cream looks great, but no prices? Must be free!! Not a massive fan of French food to be honest, our least favourite cuisine. The soup bowls are really cute. Not too expensive either. Loving the tourist shops, we love to pop in to these wherever we are. Postcards?…cool 🍻! That milk shake looks pretty damn good Debs, we’d probably go for the Irish coffee though. The lucky tower, looks really pretty and that harbour is beautiful. Really enjoyed that Debs and loved seeing you on the telly tonight. Sending you and Phil lots of love x

Big hug will and rach,i let you into a secret i don.t like much french food,but we both love proper french sticks"we have a french bakery in dartmouth were we get some.But for some reason britsh cannot do a good french stick,if you squeeze them ,they should crumble and crunch,go in any supermarket in uk and there like rubber.So we both have bacon french sticks,steak french sticks and thats our diet there lol.We stock up on energy bars for when have packed lunch,and i think only time ever eaten out was a crepe"sorta small pancake" and a pizza 😁.As i told bunnies aka gen x i havent the time to comment as much as i used to,but you and everyone who helped me on my charity has a friend for life in me.My daughter is doing alot better than me with her new channel,she's having alot fun and borrowed all my camera gear,its been a fun 3 years,and every now and then i put the odd one out,and thank you for being my friends for these 2 to 3 years debs xx

Loved the marina and coastline, which was really well shown off by the drone. After years of wanting one for my channel, I finally bought one in the Black Friday sale but then sent it back unopened when it came as (on reflection) I felt guilty spending all that money on myself, even though Mrs Metalman thought I should still keep it. Real nice to see a nice sunny, warm day again with everyone in shorts and T Shirts - I miss those days! The Old Town looked great, especially the shop with all the barrels in, how quirky was that and it was last summer the last time I had an ice cream (which I love) but I am always put off when I cannot see a pricelist. The prices at the restaurant did not seen too bad and nice that they also have on an English description as well. Mrs Metalman would love walking around all the shops and a real nice place to stop for a milkshake, which also looked very reasonable too. Looked a real fun day out with a mysterious ferry coming into dock at the end - I wonder where it went🤔, cheers Alan

Thank you for this lovely comment alan,i get warm watching this,in this rainy cold december.Think can get my drone mega cheap now around mini dji 2 £250 mark.yes this place was very expensive,i nearly choked when milkshake was £5 ,spain is alot cheaper,but i find it very dry and arid there,alot more green in france.The ferry went to the other side of the town,it was a good day out there,"i took a packed lunch"as always go on a budget"i wont say my husband is tight lol,but alot cobwebs in his wallet😁. debs xx

Hi Debs! What a beautiful medival town. I loved seeing the gorgeous historic buildings - and yes it is always good to look up and see the impressive architecture. I always do that when I'm wandering through the streets of London. There's so much to see above eye-level. The little souvenir shops were cute displaying lots of lovely things. Grrat video Debs of what looks like rrally beautiful place in France. The pirate shop was interesting & yes it also reminded me of Brixham. It looked like a hot day so i bet that milkshake was welcoming. Love those old narrow street's. 😊😊

Loved the cinematic intro to get the video going! The 15th Century walled town looks lovely to walk around. How quaint do the shops look? Everything looks spotless, not too many crowds either. Bonjour Mr Pirate! What a great sweet shop. I’m always put off when prices are not displayed. Some great souvenir shops. Named noodle bowls, how inventive! The reasonably priced milkshake looked very refreshing. Wonderful tour ❤

Ah Debs one day we will have to go shopping together, you love all the same little quirky shops i do ❤. This looked like such a chilled out day, strolling down those cute little streets, popping into the shops for a mooch, stopping at a lovely little cafe for a milkshake (which looked delicious by the way! 😋🧋), what an fab day out. Such a gorgeous town too, with plenty of history. And the walk down to the coast, wow! What a view 😍. We loved this, and it was so nice to see you pop up again on the tube. Big hug shell@pete,got your new one ready for movie night,popcorn wine.All these was last year.My fav is saint malo and mount saint micheal.yes but we would have a blast going to all the differant quirky shops,which i love so much. Much admit we dont eat out,we go local supermarket and just load alot cheap food,and alot energy bars,for when we go cycling and live of the french sticks which we both love,sadly uk does not know how to do a good french stick,go into any supermarket and squeeze one and there like rubber,lucky we have a french bakery in dartmouth,they are meant crumble and crunch in your hand,put a steak,or bacon butty and thats our diet in france lol.mega hug debs xx

Beautiful intro with the aerial view approach. One thing that doesn't escape the attention is that apart from the lovely stonewalls, the pride and presentation of their shops is amazing good. These are the hidden gems of France that you can see, if you take the time and effort to look outside of the major routes and cities. Nice video Debs 🙂

Great video Debs and a cool music choice. Concarneau looks like a stunning place to visit with lots to see. You had beautiful weather too which is always a bonus. I grew up here, did you manage to visit les glenan? You can get a short boat trip from the ville close to a beautiful archipelago for a great day out. The whole family has those named bowls, great for gifts. Imo some of the nicest beaches around there we had a beach house in the 90s and spent all my summers there. Unfortunately all these beach houses have been bought up by rich people and the vibe isnt the same as it once was, still good for bike rides or walks.

@@debsmostexcellentadventure5353 theres alot of lovely villages further inland, with some of the best crepes ive had in france. Obviously the agriculture is rich so the ingredients are all top tier. Crêperie Ster Odet in Tregourez are family friends and you wont find better crepes in finistere imo.
