Sir,😊I am collage student of 2nd year cs student and I want to invest in laptop for long term like 8 to 10 year. I am planning to buy 16gb ram for future proof. Please suggest whether to buy windows laptop, macbook air 2 16gb ram or m3pro with 18gb ram. I am confused 😕 Which one will be value for money and good for long term? 🤔 namaste

lmao. For future proofing, you want at least 32 GB of RAM. 16 GB is ok for most use cases but probably not for future proofing. If you're going to be programming, I would strongly recommend at least 32. This is especially true if you get a Macbook as you cannot upgrade the RAM later on. What you buy is what you get and there is absolutely no way to get anymore memory unless you buy a new computer. Heck, if you want this to be a computer that you can use for a decade, I would go all out and buy the maximum amount of RAM the system supports. It will be quite expensive up front, but it will be worth it.

Hello! As I'm going with the i9-13900K and 4090 on the future computer, a larger Lian Li case is necessary. I say this because I notice an engineering problem with its case. The only fans that put air into the case come from the bottom, which is already heated by the video card, and the processor cooler takes air from the case, which is already heated. Lian Li should not have put that panoramic glass on the front, but should have left room for 3 more fans. More air, better not a little, in my case with an i9 and 24 cores and 4090. I could go with the O11 AIR MINI, only that it is too small to have a water processor cooler with 3 fans, which is mandatory . Unfortunately, larger models from Lian Li have that glass nonsense on the front, which makes me terribly angry. I already have a setup with O11 AIR MINI and I really love it. It's art, but I'd like you to tell me more about the temperature situation on your PC, because only 3 fans putting air into the case makes me very uneasy.

I have to disagree on the DDR5 comment. DDR5 right now is very stable. 32GB of DDR5 is around $100-150. So how much did you save on ram ? $30-50. Also, you will be locked on DDR4 with no room for upgrade.
