I blame the Sangat and Gurdwar commities for not giving chance to Ragis like there in most Gurdwars .Please listen to Kirit Singh Dhupid he is a convert to Sikhism.

Chann Mam, it is from the Sikh's Guru Granth Sahib Ji, which contains the teachings or 'bani' of the Sikh faith. The Guru is the Philosopher's Stone; by His touch, iron is transformed into gold. jotee jot milaa-ay kaa-i-aa garh sohi-aa raam.
