Walking around one of East London’s most atmospheric riverside area Wapping and St Katharine Docks. This area was a major part of London’s maritime history for hundreds of years. Many goods from abroad were brought and stored in large warehouses here. These warehouses were redeveloped in 80’s and transformed to luxury flats.
Journey starts at Shadwell basin and ends at St Katharine Docks via Wapping wall, Wapping high street, Tobacco dock.

今回はイーストロンドンの最も雰囲気の良い川沿いの街　ワッピングとセントキャサリンドッグス地区を歩きます。この地区は何百年もの間　ロンドンの海運業の歴史の中心でした。
多くのモノが海外から持ち寄られ大きな倉庫に保管されてました。その倉庫が８０年代に改装して以来、高級住宅地になってます。
シャドウェルベイジンからセント　キャサリンドッグスまで歩きます。途中ワッピングハイストリート、ワッピングウォール、タバコドックを通ります。
