How to get to Mahanakhon Skywalk
take the train to BTS Chong Nonsi Station (Exit 3), and then walk straight ahead for approximately 2 minutes.

I’m a Bangkok native, seeing the Chao Phraya at dusk, when the waters turn golden justifies its name as the River of Kings. It’s the literal social, economic, cultural, and spiritual center of Thailand. It’s poetic irony that as a city that emerged from the water, that one day all of it will return to the water. The city is reviving its waterways to better integrate the cityscape with it true nature, and I hope that is able to extend the life of this wonderful place I call home for years to come.

Do we know that Ganges River is 5,500 metres wide, Mekong River is 1,800 - 2,500 metre Wide, Chaophya River is... 180 - 325 m wide. So we have LESS flood than others (?!?)

Visited in December '22 and totally worth visiting. I suggest visiting on a weeknight though it will be crowded until about 7:30-8 and once most of the tourists leave its so relaxing to enjoy the view of Bangkok.

We are just here in Bangkok - we see the Mahanakhon from our windows. Watching your video here on KZfaq made us think about visiting it tomorrow (we thought it would be more expensive, like 40 bucks per person)

If you ask me, Thailand is the best country in the world. It has everything a man needs to have a balanced life. Urban development, great infrastructure and transport system, fast and affordable internet, special facilities and visas for freelancers, very affordable rent and cost of living for the quality offered, healthy and diverse food and medecine, world class shopping malls and entertainment, best massage therapies, beautiful beaches and islands, countless bars, spots and nightclubs, beautiful and diverse asian women and of course male entertainment, excellent weather. I don't think you can find such all in one package anywhere else. Other countries have some of it, but not all at once
