When you put the constant quality in handbrake at 0, youre file size is getting so big right? Is it better to put that setting higher because you have lower file size and less compression, or is this wrong?

Create proxies with a quarter of the original quality. Render will be automatically 4K, because it is turned off by default for rendering.
