Join us on a scenic drive from Independence, Oregon to the Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge. Independence, founded in the 1800s by pioneers, boasts of several historic buildings that we will pass by in this video. Our journey will then take us through the lush green landscape of the Wildlife Refuge, which is home to a variety of wildlife. The refuge is a haven for many bird species, making it the perfect place for birdwatching enthusiasts. We plan to go back in the future.
