The 99-02 years of this generation were the best. Cabin air filters, body moldings went all the way to the rear tire, floor lights, 3 charging ports, no active fuel management, and I think they had nicer front ends.

I couldn’t agree more with you if I tried!!👍🏻 I find this specific year to be the most reliable (regardless of the v8 and gas usage) and cheap to maintain, I’m not a big fan of trucks but I wouldn’t think twice about buying one of these if I ever changed my mind

@@justinstandifer604 Agree 100%. I too was surprised when I saw the 3 charging ports, that’s a nice touch Chevy thought of AND an ashtray and lighter. I’ll never sell my 2002 Silverado. Absolutely reliable, looks good, and drives great.💥💣😎

I have a 2000 LT Victory red with black interior 172000 miles owned it for 2 years awesome truck no problems looks brand new will never get rid of it great truck

I just bought my Silverado except mine is to will drive same color same everything and it rattles the same as yours does when you start driving it I think it's something under the dashbroad in the driver's site Excellent video on this truck thank you😁

I got me a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 195,000 mi on it it's got four-wheel drive but something about that early 2000 model Chevrolet pickup truck I don't know I just feel like it was built better it had better quality that might be highly opinionated but overall it's pretty nice truck

Im looking at a 99 now, 175k miles on it, z71 too. Tan cloth seats which i prefer everyone knows the leather optioned trucks then were shiity quality.
