Are the a la carte restaurant included in the package? as in free?

Yes, 100% free with the all inclusive package.

The restaurants have full menus and you will have several options to choose from. Chicken, fish, beef and a vegetarian option typically.

Hey, I just realized that you are wondering if one person can order several main courses at the a la carte restaurants. I think you will find many great choices at the buffet and you can eat as much as you want. At the a la carte restaurants, I did see a couple order three main courses and the waiter was a bit hesitant. He ultimately allowed it. I don’t know what the resort’s policy regarding this question.
