Perfect drive on a perfect day. Santa Monica is obviously famous fro the pier and Bay City Subs. If you go to Santa Monica and don't go to Bay City Subs, what are you even doing? Usually packed on the weekends, a weekday has a different feel, especially in the morning hours. None-the-less, people are out exercising and getting ready for a busy week of fun in the sun.

It's an action camera (e.g. a GoPro) most likely. Clearly attached to the outside of the car.
