The food you ate at pasta bar is just amazing specially gelato and tiramisu (though I dont ever had those ) ,second thing I wanna say is when I saw your hairs it reminds me of kate middle ton 😅 I think you both have similar hair size and color , but dont know about face ,,lol

❤It was once again a great pleasure to walk with you through the well-known streets of this district. You know that SoHo, Nolita and Greenwich Village are my favorite neighborhoods. Watching you window shop and visit restaurants is great and gives me a lot of inspiration. However, I have to say that the Vitello Tonnato looked very perfect. But since you're not a big fan of meat, I'll try to create an octopus or shrimp tonnato with caper especially for you 😉. I wish you a nice, relaxing weekend 🥰

A little curiosity: "tonnarelli" are called this in Rome and Lazio but in Abruzzo the same pasta is called "alla chitarra" and is made by hand. The pastry is spread on an instrument made of wood and steel strings to cut it into a square section and the instrument itself is called a "guitar". The "Cacio e pepe" recipe is traditional Roman while the "Amatriciana" pasta is NOT Roman but the recipe is traditional from a town called Amatrice, which is located in Lazio and which was almost completely destroyed by a strong earthquake a few Years ago. The "white ragù" is not of ancient tradition and the probable reason why it was very salty is that it should be prepared with unseasoned pork and cooked slowly while in restaurants they use the meat contained in a sausage (with more salt and pepper ) to speed up the production of the recipe. This also happens in most restaurants in Italy but this recipe should be prepared when you have a lot of time available for slow cooking. A compliment to the young woman who has an excellent level of education and skill in using a fork to eat pasta: most tourists are unable to do the same. The two young musicians at minute 45:00 are very nice! Young, smiling and good musicians, I had the impression that they could be Italian because when the kind Asian woman gives him a coin, the girl with the violin thanks with a word that, looking at her lips, would seem like a "Grazie" and not a "Thank you". It's probably just my impression! However, I have sympathy for street musicians (when they are good). As always the quality of your travel videos is excellent and enjoyable.🌹

Finally New York again. I know that NY is a mess. It's dirty. It's crowded. But it has places you can only love. When i was there in June 22 i was overwhelmed. It was crazier and wilder than i expected. Perfect dining. New and expensive automobiles. New York is Nr.1. Sorry Tokyo, Sao Paulo and London.
