All men from Adam have sinned. Jesus was not tainted through Adam. He is the sinless Son of God.

we Muslims believe that all prophets was sent to deliver the exact same message from Allah (God), meaning they are the same exact religion, so Mohammad (pbuh) completed what Jesus started, which himself was only continuing what Moses started, which himself was only continuing what other prophets started before him all the way back to Adam, all religions before Islam have been distorted, as that was the main reason why God would send a new prophet in the first place, which is not the case in Islam since we was ordered to know the Quran word by word since day one, which prevented the Quran from being distorted, you can go to any Muslim Sheikh in the world and he will tell you that the Quran words are the same wherever you go, unlike in Christianity for example where you can find multiple bibles versions written by Men, so when you are a Muslim you are not only following the prophet Mohammad but you follow all prophets that were before him, the main differences between Christianity and Judaism is todays Jews don't believe in Jesus because they think he's liar and not a true prophet, same difference between Christianity and Islam is that today Christians thinks that Mohammad is a liar and not real prophet, but we Muslims believes that both Moses and Jesus are not liars and are true actual prophets, though Mohammad (pbuh) is the last prophet ever to be sent because the message of God is now finally delivered.
