"Fashionable Shockoe Slip is a downtown dining hub, with Southern-style restaurants, BBQ joints, gastropubs, and taprooms tucked down narrow alleyways and in former warehouses. It’s home to the James River Park Pipeline Walkway, a pedestrian path suspended just above the water. Nearby, the Pipeline Overlook is a popular fishing spot next to a swimming beach and the Great Blue Heron Rookery, an island nesting habitat."

Not saying the south is bad but me being a northern city lover Richmond in my opinion has a northern city vibe in comparison to Southern cities Richmond is in class all by itself similar to DC and Newark and some parts of New York I love Rva its has that big city Northeastern grit without the Northeastern traffic and cost of living love your video ❤️.

Great video. I grew up in Richmond, but moved away in ‘96. It’s nice to see some old familiar places. Have you all ever done a walking tour of Golden, Co?

We’ve lived here in have had no issues. I’m sure there are some parts that may not be just as any other city/state would, but we’ve enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much for watching!
