It’ll be a minor miracle if the new lobby is finished on time. Now you - and everyone else - can see the shitty landscaping on the open air walkway to Crystals. An embarrassment to everyone. Lastly, on a very, very hot summer’s day the concrete canyon that’s the entryway to the hotel and resident’s private entrance is a veritable oven. (The architect was an idiot.)

It is kind of amazing how multiple buildings and areas of city center hardscape have elements that seem like were designed by people who had no experience in the project types they were doing, with peak example the tower that had to be demolished due to finding problems 28 stories into the planed build of 49.
