WOW is right!!! 4th Impact took R Kelly’s song. “I Can Fly” belongs to 4th Impact now. Yes, the original version is sung by R Kelly. He actually wrote the song. Love your reaction videos. You should react to 4th Impact’s cover of “Never Enough”. One of their best IMO. Mylene killed the arrangement of that song. Thank you for another fantastic reaction.

"I Believe I Can Fly" is a song written, produced, and performed by American singer R. Kelly from the soundtrack to the 1996 film Space Jam." The Yolanda version is a bit slower and a couple of word changes but essentially the same. As one reactor said (referring to the ladies)...This is the way the song is supposed to be sung !! They gave a powerful performance to a wonderful arrangement by sister Mylene who picked each of her sisters to do their part in bringing this song alive. I did see some raised eyebrows during the girls performance and that is exactly what the girls love to do to everyone discovering their amazing harmonies and vocals. Thanks for bringing this performance back to us so we could enjoy it again.

Right, R. Kelly created it and performed this righteous rendition of it. Then Yolanda Adams came along and switched it up making the version that got the most radio play and the one most people think of when they think of 'I Believe I Can Fly'. This is the first time listening to R Kelly and I enjoyed his version and I thought better near the end with the back up singers. You know how I feel about the sisters, 4th Impact. Mylene is just a GENIUS arranger for the group. They always blow a song up with their harmonies and individual vocals. If they can't do a song justice, they won't do it. I haven't seen that happen yet, though. Thanks again for introducing me to R Kelly, (it's unfortunate that I have heard about him, not in a good way)

Another cover lover Tks a dreamer

OK ...now I can call you a dreamer. It is a simple fact that when 4th Impact take on a song it is as good as if not better than the original. Others have given you a few 4th Impact covers to look at ...but their original music is amazing. They recently released a 5 song mini album. Each song a different genre and each song amazing. The ladies will return to USA soon ( all we dreamers hope) and will be looking for help in staging concerts and promotion . I know for a fact ( having been involved previously ) that they are always greatfull for any help from anyone who has contacts in the industry.

R Kelly's version isn't even in the same class as 4th Impact's, what Impact did for this song elevated it to beauty in it's purest form. Kelly doesn't sing with the same passion or soul as our ladies do, singing with soul and emotion are these ladies benchmarks! Their version is the Yolanda Adams version and even Yolanda doesn't sound this good, though she sings the song better than Kelly did in my opinion. In my mind, once 4th Impact gets ahold of a song, the song is transformed into something the original artist might only dream of having done, that is their gift, case in point, their rendition of I'LL BE THERE by the Jackson 5 on the wishbus is the best I think that song has ever been sung, by anyone!
