4x CRAZY 600cc Kart Cross at Slalom & Hillclimb Races - 16.000 rpm MotorBike Engine Screen & Show!

2 жыл бұрынCrazy Kart Crosses are a lovely reality in Hillclimb & slalom races, and I had the opportunity to film some of them driven very hard. Therefore, the fun is not lacking thanks to the motorcycle engine that equips these off-road vehicles but which have also found a second life on the asphalt of the hairpin bends. Speaking about the engines, they are mainly 600cc, 4-cylinder units, from Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha or Honda with variable powers between 130hp and 150hp and capable of screaming up to 16,000 rpm! Moreover, thanks to the very low weight of these vehicles, about 300-330Kg, the performances are exciting. Furthermore, the suspensions are suitable for any terrain that allows spectacular boats due to the asphalt grip. I have to thank my friend and KZfaqr @davide458italia with whom I collaborated to realise this video. Enjoy! 😉
I Kart Cross sono una splendida realtà nelle gare di slalom in salita ed ho avuto l'occasione di filmarne alcuni guidati davvero molto forte. Il divertimento quindi non manca grazie al motore da moto che equipaggia questi veicoli adatti per il fuoristrada ma che hanno trovato una seconda vita anche sull'asfalto dei tornanti. Dicevamo il motore, sono principalmente delle unità da 600cc, 4 cilindri, di provenienza Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha oppure Honda con potenze variabili tra i 130hp ed i 150hp e capaci di strillare fino a 16.000 Giri/min! Calcolando un peso molto ridotto di questi veicoli, circa 300-330Kg, le prestazioni sono entusiasmanti così come le sospensioni adatte ad ogni terreno che permettono spettacolari imbarcatedovute al grip dell'asfalto.

Awesome driving! Looks like a blast driving these cross Karts. I know nothing about the sports, but they sound like they’re running sport bike engines. How much fun this must be😄👍

Yes, that's right, these Kart-Cross have motorcycle engines and are super fun. They are usually used on dirt and rough terrain, but as you can see, they are also very strong on asphalt 💪

Yes, it looks like he hit a curve below where I was and bent its suspension arm, but the wheel works and continues to have traction - Even if crooked and with apparent difficulties, I assure you that he reached the top, finishing the race 💪

Short wheelbase, mostly rear engined, and lots of power in what looks like a sub 1000lbs chassis. Seems dangerous, but fun. Gotta admire the driving as i can't imagine these things are too forgiving when they step out.

All right. The driver's skill is a fundamental thing, the reactions of the vehicle are lightning-fast, and you have to know how to drive them. But if you are capable, I guess they are the maximum of fun 👍

Si assoutamente, per via delle reazioni così fulminee bisogna avere della bella sensibilità alla guida anche perchè si vede bene che giocano molto con la tenuta di strada ed è tutta una questione di equilibrio. Tutti bravi davvero, il risultato è spettacolare 👏

These could probably be made street legal in my state as all other side by sides can be. Too bad the bikes probably got wrecked but the engines live on!

In the United States, you have a lot of freedom to register many things for road use; in Europe, there are much more restrictions. It must be extremely fun to drive these vehicles on the street 😂

@@Italiansupercarvideo I've been riding since 1977. These cars are quicker through their courses by a long shot. I just like machines that "bank" correctly through a turn. Motorcycles, planing boats, and aircraft all do. An inner ear thing, maybe?

I was just reading some comments. You have bikes? I had a 1983 Suzuki gs850g. I miss riding. I'm into the old school stuff. Kawasaki kz1000, Suzuki's and I was into the Honda magna's.

No, unfortunately, no, I have friends who have them, but I don't have one. However, you should talk about motorcycles with @upside downdog, who often writes in the comments of my videos. He owns some old school bikes and is a real enthusiast.

....there is a 600cc 4 cylinder motorcycle engine on my grandpa's farm. i think it was aroung 1998/7 since it wasn't black just flat silver. he said it can still be revive but cost a lot but its worth reviving it right?

Non ne ho la più pallida idea del costo anche se, a vederli, devono essere enormemente divertenti da guidare, fermo restando che uno deve saper bene come usarli perchè le reazioni sono davvero istantanee. Vero per l'assetto ma penso che si potrebbe agire sulle molle per renderli molto più rigidi. Mi piace però che restino un po' in configurazione fuoristrada, il coricamento è parte dello show 😂👍

If driven hard, oversteering is often used to insert it well into corners. They are compelling vehicles with low weight, and it is easy for power to take over the grip

I can tell you that many of these vehicles are home-built. However, I'm pretty sure some manufacturers make and sell them. So if you are interested and start looking, you will find used ones to start having fun.

Pretty inexpensive way of having lots of fun. Most likely engines pulled from wrecked sportbikes and that does not cost a whole lot.

I would rather say that power is between 115-130hp There's no way 600cc engines make anywhere near 150hp unless they're using nitro or turbos.

Die Preise variieren je nach Zustand, ob neu oder gebraucht, und auch je nach Leistung. Allerdings kostet ein konkurrenzfähiges Kart Cross, das an den Rennen der Europameisterschaft teilnimmt, auch mehr als 20.000 Euro
