never do strut spacers on a toyota. bump stops are on the control arms. with spacer the shock is now too long and bottoms the shock out metal on metal. with a hard enough hit u break the bottom skinny part of the shock. not to mention you know over extend and bind the balljoints at full droop. this is some hack stuff that shouldn't see anything besides a smooth paved road

I've done way riskier, trails with my tacoma and only upgrading tires.

Why wouldn't you check tire clearance when the strut was apart? It would show all contact issues

Then he says it’s a great way to keep the ride of the truck 😂. Like no, you’re changing the preload on the spring and strut now so it’s going to ride more harsh than before. A spring lift is the way to keep the ride close to stock.
