Thanks! I was indeed focusing on my form and concentration. Look close and you’ll see I’m using hook grip on these.

Hook grip, looks similar but your thumbs are inside. That helps keep the bar from trying to roll out of your hands.

That's impressive . This makes me want to work more on my grip strength because at about 335 with hookgrip I'm fighting my grip more than the actual weight. good work tho

I’ve got a 27mm deadlift bar with an aggressive knurl. I hook grip all my warm ups, then chalk my index and middle finger and the back of my thumb with liquid chalk. This holds good for a heavy triple. The chalk and the aggressive knurl helped the most. Good luck!!

The starting strength blue book, and after about a year I got an online coach too.

I did not start until 60. At your young age, you’d surpass me in like 18 months if you got after it. Yes starting strength, and I got an online coach, that really helped me make progress.
