This is so encouraging. I’m a homeschool to 3 and they’re all still young. I just recently added a workout to my morning routine and it’s tough on some days but I’m so determined to get through it. Taking a few minutes for ourselves I think helps us pour into our children with the clearer head. 💕 thanks for sharing!

Oh goodness! I had to stop the video during the intro. I am in tears. I have 4 kids ages 9-15. I just realized I am out of that crazy busy little kid time of life. Wow, just wow. Babies don't keep. Okay now on to the rest of the video.

Already hit like after the first 4 minutes. All perfect truths. I am at teens and again in the toddler years together. Standing wide legged over both stages of life and thus appreciating every season all the more.

I’m in the same boat. I feel ya! It’s hard at times having to go back and forth to have everyone’s varying needs met. It can be chaotic and stressful going from babies to teens all day. I absolutely love it but is is a lot of work. For me anyways. Keep up the good fight Mama 😊

We need more videos like this from moms! Love this I’m a mom of a 16m old and it just now finally is working that I wake up at 5:15am to go workout. 🏋🏻‍♀️ so thankful for it. It’s not everyday but I’m so grateful I get a few days a week to do this every once in a while

Thank you ! I need a new pro/pre biotic. I’ll try seed 😍 And the intro 😭😭 my son is just starting to sleep in and my daughter is getting up later and later each week. I feel a new season coming and I’m all emotional about it.

I had tears in my eyes at the beginning because it does go so quickly! I can go to my appointments in town and run errands without kids now that my oldest has a Gabb phone at almost 14. I often invite them to go with me because I miss it and doing things all together all the time. So thankful we get to spend our days all together learning and doing life! Thanks for this video! I have done workouts at home for the last 14 years since I had my first baby, but have considered joining a gym again to mix it up.

I miss my kids being little too. That time passes so quickly. My four boys are, 15, 18, 20, and 22. I have homeschooled them all from the beginning. 😢

Oh my! With my first graduating homeschool next year and turning 17 in a couple weeks, that beginning had me all over the place. We read and enjoyed the Csndymakers 1st book because of y’all. What are you thinking of this one?

Love the reminder to not wish away the current season I’m in - don’t get me wrong, I love this season (5 kids under 8), but man I am excited for the day I can go for a run during the day without it needing to be on my treadmill during naptime 😅 I’ve been trying to get back into my own 5:30am morning routine since my 5th was born 2 and a half months ago, but it’s a hard decision sometimes between getting a little extra sleep that I know I need and getting up to have some quiet time before the kids get up that I also know I need 😂 definitely need the reminder that it will pass and that I’ll certainly miss it ♥️

Wow what is your secret to getting your kids to get up and going on their own?! Mine sleep in, fool around, even though we've had the same morning routine for years and they know what they're supposed to do. 🙄 They don't do it unless I'm standing there enforcing it.

Lots of what people say is unattainable actually is. Some people are just way more organized than others and shouldn't be shamed for it. Some people have a higher capacity, people need to respect that.

Do you still track everything you eat every day? I need to get back to it…several years ago, I became very obsessed and anorexic. I have PTSD from using My fitness pal…I feel like I need something to track. Any suggestions?

I’d love to hear Ashlee’s answer as well, but will say I switched to a “plate it method” -you can just Google 2B mindset plate it and you’ll see what I’m doing. I don’t use beachbody, but I’m following this eating guideline and it’s taken the stress/obsession out of it.

Normally I like your video's a lot, except for the too much pubblicity. But this time it was really exagerated, Half of the video about your pills and half watching you sitting on the couch.... please do not repeat these kind of video's!
