2006 5.9 owner here with 180k miles. Love your videos! I did have a question. Noticed that there is a bit of oil buildup around your valve cover gasket area. I’ve noticed some on mine as well. Anything to worry about? Also noticed quite a bit of oil under the truck. Do you have any leaks that shouldn’t be worrying about?

I have a lot of oil sweating going on. There’s the main one that you saw which I believe is the rocker box gasket. It has been there the entire time I’ve had the truck. A little bit of oiliness from the blow by breather tube also. Some trans oil sweating on the trans pan and cooler lines also (might also be the power steering as it takes ATF and has lines in the same area) but I won’t get any drops on the ground unless I park the truck for several days and actually the last time I left the truck at the airport for a week I didn’t see any oil under it when I got back and I was happy about that. I just changed the trans pan gasket a little beforehand.

Love the videos! Question what brand are your fender flares and where did you get them?

I got them on Amazon but the link I got them at doesn’t work anymore. I think it’s “prestige” brand. I think they’re very similar to bushwhaker. I’ve had them on the truck since 2015
