I make dinner in our air fryer every single night. I've made steaks, chicken, turkey, brats, potatoes, roasted veggies, desserts.....practically everything. Best purchase ever and we've rarely turned our oven on since we got the air fryer well over 3 years ago. We've even saved on our a/c bill because we're not heating up the house since we're not using the oven. Healthier cooking plus less household expense...yes please!

I can hardly fit anything in mine. I need a new one. I currently have the ninja, but I have a family of 5 so I can’t stand taking 3-4 diff go around since the air fryer so I end up using the oven or stove top.

What kind of steak did you use? How long did it take? What did you have the air fryer on? I’m sorry for asking you so many questions.. 😂

@@Stacie_89 no worries, I ask a bunch too! We use NY strip steaks when we air fry. I take them out of the fridge for 30 mins to come up to room temp (they cook more evenly this way) and then hubs puts on whatever seasonings he's craving at the time. I preheat the air fryer to 400°F and then cook for 7 minutes, flip them over and cook for another 6 to 9 minutes or so, depending on how "done" we want the meat to be that night. We usually stick around medium done. So good! You might have to trial and error with your particular air fryer to find out how you like yours done. Hope you like it!

A recommendation for the corn to make it more Mexican style is to put tajin seasoning and queso fresco and of course melted butter sometimes Mexicans put mayonnaise instead of butter yummy!

Plus all these air fryer recipes are much needed!! I was like you cooking chicken strips mostly in it. Our air fryer has shelves and a rotisserie in it. We do use that rotisserie at least 6 times a year. Those preseasoned turkey, pork, chicken tenderloins are perfect on it.

I have the Cosori Air Fryer/Toaster Oven combo and I love it! Got rid of my toaster because we just use the Cosori for anything that needs the toasted. Makes awesome toast and bagels in no time flat. Anything you can do in the oven, you can do in this Air Fryer. Broiling steaks is fantastic. I bought a GrillPro 91212 Universal Cast Iron Griddle from Amazon that fits in the Cosori perfectly. It's great for cooking meats, especially steaks to get that crust. I believe I even use this more than the microwave to reheat leftovers.

You have really helped me with our air fryer!! Roy gave me the air fryer for Mother's Day and I've been afraid to use it-- although I did cook steak for the first meal and it came out great! We have a small apartment and limited counter space and I've made that as an excuse for not using it. But your videos have given me new excitement and I've placed our air fryer in a great place for our use. Thanks for your help!!!!

Hiya Mandy!! Everything looks delicious! Your shrimp were already cooked before you put them in the air fryer. Pink means cooked, grey is raw. That could be why they were a little over cooked. I think you could have gotten away with 2-4 mins! Hope that helps! I love your channel!! ❤

I'm from Arizona and we eat Mexican street corn often usually on the grill, but the air fryer sounds easier on a week night, try topping your corn with mayo n lime chili seasoning n cojita cheese, if you can't find it parmesan works but it's not the same, I know it sounds weird but with the roasted corn it's delicious, street vendors sell them on a stick here n we recreated it at home and we are hooked❤,give it a try n let me know the verdict🙄

I’ve already tried the Mexican Meatloaf. I’m still eating on it and it’s delicious! I did put a caramelized thin glaze of mustard, Mayo, and brown sugar on top. It was also really really good. Thanks for the recipe! It was great with garlic and cheese mashed potatoes! ♥️🙏🏻💥🌈🎉

I love your you-tube videos. I've had both my knees replaced and have lost interest in cooking and my kitchen. As long as my kitchen was clean and no dirty dishes in the sink that was fine with me. Since I've been watching your videos I want to try new recipes and decorate my kitchen. Thank you for getting my interest back in the kitchen.

My kids are 15, 16, and 17 (girl, girl, boy). They rarely help make meals but they’ve been learning to make more food for themselves. They wouldn’t want to be on camera either. Well, neither would I. 😁 P.S. Both my girls have braces. They too can’t wait to get them off and eat easier. Pretty sure there was a spinach rant the other day. 😆

Next yall are making corn on the cob,make it elote! Cook corn,let it cool a few,then spread mayo all over,roll in cotija or parmesan cheese and sprinkle with tajin or chili powder,squeeze of lime!

Mandy, I want to share a sauce my Grandmother made when she served steamed broccoli/cauliflower/bushel spouts. 1 cup Mayo 1/2 cup sour cream The juice of a half a lemon( we always squeezed more lemon on the vegetable) Salt pepper to taste Small pinch of Cayenne pepper A little Paprika sprinkled on top I feel this would be great on your air fryer recipes to. This was her secret to get us to eat these vegetables and yes sometimes cheese sauce.

Great video Mandy. Tonight I am having Tacos for Taco Tuesday. Along with the Tacos I am having Oine Tostitos and Salsa. If you haven’t tried the Lime Tostitos, you need to as they are delicious. What are you making for Thursday, Cinco De Mayo? I am making Chicken Fajitas with Mexican Corn Salad, maybe more Chips and Salsa, and non alcoholic Margarita! I am so excited for Thursday’s dinner.
