Hello Jen Thank you so much for your latest video, so lovely. I have also reignited my love for running. I so enjoy your recipe each video. I can’t seem to find the one you did with the salmon pasta. Love to see that recipe again as the family loved it. You asked about summer plans, well we have just recently sold our house as we are soon to be empty nesters as our youngest will be heading to University this September. So we decided to downsize to a bungalow by the sea. So moving from Surrey (UK) to West Sussex. I am excited as I am a South African born in Durban, so was at the sea most weekends. Summer will be a staycation, but planning for our next chapter and a mini break towards the end of summer to Bath and North Devon for my 50th. Have a fabulous week at the lake 💐

Ciao Jen e complimenti per questa ricetta! Io faccio spesso la pasta con le zucchine dell'orto ma non ci ho mai aggiunto i piselli...proverò!!!!! Qui nel nord est d'Italia fa moooolto caldo e ci son poche possibilità per stare all'aria aperta, rischi un colpo di calore😄quindi aspetto con ansia la fine dell'estate e l'arrivo dell'autunno! Buone vacanze al lago!!!

Hi Jen, I haven’t planned anything for this summer, but I’m retired so it’s not the same when we work… 4 times a week, the morning, I go to a sport club and I do aquagym. This summer as a lover of tann, I wake up almost everyday at 6 a.m. for sun bathing before 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. I go to a forest near me similar with that where you run and it's the perfect start of the day. ❤😊 But because I wake up so early it's a must siesta. And we have a strong summer this year with very hot temperatures. Perfect for a little nap because I can't do anything when it's so hot 🥵
