Girl, your morning routine is so relaxing and well thought out. As a fellow RN I roll out of bed, shower and brush my teeth like a wacko and storm out the door to make it to work right at 0700 😂

Thanks for showing your routine :) I love watching videos like these to start my morning and feel motivated! Also, a tip my doctor gave me when I was in high school and had really chapped lips 24/7, use bag balm! (yes, the stuff for milking cows). It was recommended to me by my doctor and he said all the ingredients were safe and OMG it has been a total life changer. I recommend it to literally everyone if you ever want to try :)

I work in a public hospital in Sydney, Aus. And we’ve had free parking since Covid 🎉 I’m not sure it’ll last much longer haha. But otherwise we get discounted staff parking for abt $5AUD a day! $19 seems like a lot!!

I always soooo curious why medical workers in US go out in their scrubs? Isn't it like unhygienic to catch all the bacteria from the street and then touch patients. And vice versa with all the bacteria from hospital go to the street, bus or something like that? Or you change in other scrubs in hospital? How it works?

Miki, running / marathon / 15-30 minutes cardio exercise is better and more exciting than yoga because it burn out much more energy.

Question for you, my partner is a surgeon and I faced bullying so bad as a nurse who works with the same clients. I was very private before but things spread like wildfire in the medical field after my partner told his OR teams that we’re together. I now don’t want to tell people who he is, but I don’t know how to answer questions of how did we meet and what is his occupation. I’m scared to be bullied, called a gold digger, not be assisted when I ask for it, etc. Is this an issue that you face too?

Yeah she does, the internet used to call her cold digger even though she is far from it. Tell that that dating a surgeon has a lot of downsides and that you work hard aswell and don't need their money. Who cares about what they think? They are nobodies and their opinion does not matter in the slightest. Good luck and chin up

I feel you girl when Im up at 4AM for my morning shift in fabric (working with sweet vafels daily 😅) I just simply wash my face with cold water help mayself open eyes. And day withot morning coffe it isnt a day 🙄
