Off work on this Sunday and I've spent the morning watching several of your videos to catch up. I just want to take the time to mention to you that you appeal to all family dynamics! I lost my mother last Aug from Covid. She and I were living together since my dad passed 9 years ago. I've always been their only child and I work full time (Artisan Bread baker at HEB in Texas) so I was doing lots of running around for errands, grocery shopping, cooking, etc. The past few months have been about settling into a new budget and way of meal planning. I know you spend a lot of time focusing and helping larger families but I want you to know that you are helping someone like me who is a single household now too. I've grown so used to having to do and be so much extra (on all levels) that it's actually been a challenge for my life to slow down. I can cook a couple of your recipes and save big on money and have several days worth of food to eat. Thank you for your organizing and strategy!

Tip!! Put the water, and coffee grinds in the pot the night before and then just turn it on in the morning!🙂

You go girl. I'm a retired teacher and everything you teach and show us is right on. I remember those days! They go by so fast. That's why I always say "Be sure to enjoy every moment with your kids." I'm glad you find time to read your Bible. It does a lot to help and train us. Your cat is so cute!

When my girls were small, and I worked, my days started at 4 am also. It’s a must to be able to get out the door on time. Yes, it’s very hard to not lose your cool sometimes. I remember those days. Bless your heart, I feel for ya! Great video! Great inspiration!! ❤️❤️

Love this! I'm a teacher too and have to be at work by 7:00. I make my coffee and set timer the night before and pack my lunchbox and put it in the fridge so I can just grab it and go. You got a lot done in 2 hours. Wow!

Girl watching this brought back soo many memories!! I had to kids 16months apart and I taught Second Grade. My morning looked like yours. We would lay our clothes out the night before,praying for no big weather change.Lol I made lists each day and even every Sunday would plan and cooks our meals for the week. Then would just add salad, veggies etc. One big mess was better than every night. Because my evening were spent grading papers and helping with homework. Someday you will look back and say "how did I do it ". It's all really worth it! Thanks for sharing your morning. I really enjoy being retired now! 😊

I am also an early morning person. It’s very hard for me to stay up late to get things done. I’ve had others tell me I’m crazy for not sleeping in, but I’d never get quiet time to myself if I didn’t get up early lol. I have 4 kids, I homeschool, I have recently started an Etsy business….so yeah…lol

Girl you are such an inspiration!! Love watching videos like this. I really need to try and wake up earlier to be more productive. I love my sleep and if I don't get at least 7 hours, I am miserable. This is definitely a goal this year to try and work on. Thank you for being real and letting us be a part of your day to day life. PS. your girls are soo adorable. I definitely feel you on the night time prep, I typically get my uniform and shoes ready, lunch and breakfast/ drinks and snacks all the night before. Then I give myself 40 minutes to be out the door. I usually beat that. I also have older kiddos lol. Two drive so I only have to get me going. I envy you getting to leave later though. I get up at 4:30. Leave by 5:10. Dialysis techs gotta get started pretty early. Well, have a great week!!

I’ve googled and searched a lot for moms who work and have multiple children. KZfaq is full of at home moms but rarely those who work. I don’t knock them but that’s just not my season right now. You are honestly one of the only ones I have found who is realistic. Thanks for realistically posting ❤️ I appreciate you. I have four kids under 6 and also teach. Do you typically just do work at work and try not to bring it home? I struggle to really have time for any other side businesses, interests or anything else because teaching….well mostly all the other extra stuff that’s not actually teaching monopolizes SO much of my time. Just wondering if you have tips for that. You might have already addressed that but I don’t think ive seen you discuss management of the workload of teaching. Nevertheless, You’re doing an amazing job mama!!!

If you have time, put your crockpot meal together and stick it in the refrigerator and just get it out in the morning. Yes, I remember those days, I had everything lined up on the end of the table and notes to myself of what I needed to get out of the refrigerator. It was a hectic part of my life but I wouldn’t change a thing because they do grow up!!! A new empty nester and sad but enjoying it more each day!! Good job!!!!!

I’m a teacher too and I get up early and get to work by 6:00 so I can have piece and quiet before all middle school kids get there. So worth it. I too go to bed around 8:00 and get up by 4:30 or so

Giirrl I wish I had an ounce of your drive and honestly, I put your vids on for inspiration (have you on while i'm cleaning, cooking, etc.) My husband is the same enneagram type as you and he just gets👋ish👋done👋 lol and I feel so bad that he wound up with an enneagram type like me who needs to be in a good emotional headspace to be productive. I did read that the best thing for my type is to just force myself out of a rut and knock out all of my to-dos like he does so i'm trying!!! lol

put Lulu's water seperate from her food, all cats drink away from their food, it is their instinct or they won't drink enough hence the kidney shut down when she is 5 Apparently cats in the wild and their ancestors killed their food and wouldn't drink near their food. Because when they eat they are calm and when they drink they are on the look out for other animals that might attack them

I just found your channel today and I've been binge-watching and I have yet to see your husband do one single thing while you're running around ragged doing everything.
