For hormone problems ..continue your medication and 30mins gym or 1hr yoga is a must .., 8hrs sleep must ,fruit juices ,soaked nuts ,wholesome wheat or millet or brown rice is must ...following all this for 4 months u will find changes ...,maintain proper Vitamin D levels
