3/4 cup lentils 160 g.
1 glass of water.
mix well.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
2 eggs.
Salt.
mix well.
1 teaspoon of soda.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
40 g psyllium seeds.
mix well.
Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
30 g pumpkin seeds.
30 g sunflower seeds.
fry in a frying pan.
the dough is swollen.
mix well.
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
I lay out the dough pan.
I grease the top with a little vegetable oil.
make an incision.
some sesame.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.
the bread is ready!

1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
mix well.
2 tablespoons psyllium seeds.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Grease the baking dish with oil.
Pour the dough into the mold.

Grate the apple.

35g Parmesan.
2 eggs.
mix well.

shape the bread.
Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
The dough is swollen, I make cuts.

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.

2 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar.
Salt.

150 ml oat milk.
0.5 teaspoon baking powder.
Deglaze with 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
mix well.
1/2 cup liquid after canned beans.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Beat with a mixer.
beat for a long time - 8 minutes.
Lemon peel.
mix well.
Grease with vegetable oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
The pancakes will be very airy.

It’s the second recipe I have made today from your site and this first recipe red lentil bread is amazing ! I followed the recipe the water wasn’t measure so I used 8oz and did 1/2tsp salt it was plenty enough it baked 360f for 50 minutes it was perfect , next time I won’t use the pumpkin seeds I didn’t care for them but the texture is awesome, amazing , wonderful thank you !

I love all your bread recipes because I can’t have any flour made with grains. I’ve made a few now and I’m so happy. My gut says thank you too 😊 Have you made any scones with flaxseeds or nuts/seeds ground into flour? (Like the ones they make in UK to eat with cream and jam) I’d be very happy to see that recipe ❤

بذور السيليوم او بذور القاطونة تقدر تجيبه من محلات العطارة او السوبر ماركت الكبيرة او عند ابوعوف او امتنان هو له قدرة كبيرة على امتصاص السوائل وعلشان كده غالبا بيستخدم في الخبز ال بدون دقيق علشان يمتص السوائل ويبقى برضو بديل لمادة الجلوتين ال في الدقيق
