These are the five biggest side flip mistakes that I see which tend to be the most common. By identifying and addressing these mistakes, you will be able to clean up and perfect your side flip - performing the move with more height and power.

That twisting motion in the end makes it look like a cheating backflip, which I found It looks pretty cool

Great video, this helped me improve a lot but I am still not able to consistently do a side flip, I'm landing sometimes but I dont think I have ever landed with straight legs usually landing with my knees bent.
